I have been leading digital projects as a Project Manager or Sponsor for 12 years, in Financial Services (banks, insurances, fintech, insurtech), marketplaces and startups. I have managed up to 30 people team of Project Managers, PMO, Business Analysts, QA and Developers, in different countries. From POC and MVP to full end-to-end process digitalization, I have been following Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and I have been using various PM tools.

Process Optimization

Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt trained, I have been reviewing and optimizing processes in various fields, with the objective to reach a 100% digital and/or multichannel journeys to users and customers of the products or services. From Kaizen weeks to KPI follow-up after implementation, I’ve contributed to fasten and simplify key processes for banks and startups.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

As a strategic and functional consultant to several startups worldwide, I have been defining features in user stories based on user interfaces design and user experience prototyping. UI/UX design and prototyping allow me to quickly confirm or update decisions with actual user inputs, and to easily identify the scopes of POC, MVP and of the several project’s iteration.

Growth hacking & Digital Marketing

Digitalizing a new or existing business open its door to new markets and new customer targets, digitally native or preferring digital services and products. To reach those, I have been implementing in few startups and small businesses growth hacking strategies to generate and convert leads, using several "on budget" digital marketing tactics and hacks.
